Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Vision: Develop and maintain the overall enterprise data strategy and roadmap, design high-performance, and cost-effective data solutions aligning it with business objectives.

Architecture Design: Create blueprints for data management systems, including data warehouses, data lakes, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Snowflake).
Governance & Standards: Establish data principles, policies, metadata management, access controls, and ensure compliance. Ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Collaboration: Work with business leaders, data engineers, analysts, and IT to translate requirements into technical solutions. Work closely with development teams to translate architectural designs into scalable and efficient systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytics requirements and deliver integrated solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team. Data Flow & Integration: Design and manage data flows, integrations, and transformations across disparate systems.
Data Quality & Security: Implement frameworks for data quality, security, and risk mitigation (duplication, loss).
Innovation: Guide adoption of new technologies, including Gen AI, Agentic AI, and machine learning platforms.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of Data warehousing, BI, and cloud technologies.
Strong understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and technologies, such as Python and Spark.
Expertise in database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with data architecture frameworks (e.g., Data Mesh, Data Fabric).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance technical and business considerations.
Experience working in Agile environments, with familiarity in Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
Strong expertise in designing and implementing data solutions on Cloud Platform.
Strong understanding of Data warehousing, BI, and cloud technologies.
